My review of A-Affordable insurance agency:

I have mixed feelings about this agency after having insured several cars with A-Affordable over the years. I have left and come back, mainly because of the proximity to the DMV. What's great about them is they can take care of registering your car WITHOUT you needing to go into the registry. That's right, you don't even have to step foot in that place. However, sometimes being in this agency's office, you FEEL like you're in the DMV. I pay over the phone, which takes a little longer than I feel it should. Partly because I think they are overworked/understaffed. I don't think there is a central "office", where dedicated people only answer phones. The folks in the individual agencies, who are ALSO dealing face to face, are forced to answer the phones, thereby creating a longer line in the agency. On the phone they're very nice, perhaps they welcome the break from the face time, as some of the people in the Worcester office appear to come from low income neighborhoods.
