My review of MetLife:
I haven't had much interaction with our agent. Hubby had to file a minor claim for his vehicle and he didn't have any problems. They send us updated policies and surveys to make sure we have proper coverage. They have also called a few times to talk about our coverage. Overall, we are happy with their service and coverage. The price was the best we could find a few years ago when we started using them. Haven't price shopped in a while, so not sure how they compare now, but I feel it's very reasonable for the coverage we have. Our deductables are a little high, but we decided that was worth it to have a lower premium. We have home, auto, and life with them.
